Got chance to work on good projects. Managers are very supportive. The company provides breakfast, lunch, and pick & drop to the metro station. Good HR, they arrange good activities - chess tournaments, now cricket is also planned.

Extremely Toxic Work Environment – Worst Politics & No Work-Life Balance at all. You cannot trust on any Managers over here. This company has fired an Employee who had worked for them for 22 years. You can just imagine the culture and job security over here due to this scenario. The workplace is filled with Favoritism, Office Politics, and extremely toxic culture. Promotions and growth opportunities are based on personal connections rather than performance or talent. who play office politics, are rewarded. On top of that, all cabin managers (HR, VP & Technical Director) act as if they are the CEO of the company, making arbitrary decisions, playing politics, and creating a suffocating work environment<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Their ego-driven leadership style completely ruins the workplace culture</mark>. Nothing. The Managers are more egoistic than the CEO'S and VP's. They will absolutely spoil your career and not even let the CEO or VP's & Directors know about the way they micromanage and create favouritism.

HR Policies are worst. Absolutely Zero Learning & Development process. Old primitive way of Punching In & Out through biometric system. Even the HR (Assistant) will call you before few days of preparation of salary and ask about your attendance details if it's missing and then report this to HR Manager and many micromanagement in the HUMAN RESOURCES Department itself. A Company's backbone is it's HR HEAD and fellow employees in HR. But the Backbone is not strong enough for this company to grow as in when it comes to Employee Retention. This Company seriously needs a CHRO or a VP of HR to manage or replace the HR Manager and her assistant. They are absolutely playing a bad game of favouritism. Lots of Politics, Inhumanity, Toxic Work Culture, HR have no leadership quality, She don't have Decision Making Skills, lack of Communication, She don't know how to write an emails also, Language Problems, No any Professionalism, As a HR of company making rules to break by herself, No WFH but only HR Head & HR can take it any time as per convenience, People are waiting for Cabs in long queues - but when HR Head comes one seat is confirm - no one can even think about 4th seat, Worst thing is her Language and collection of Words, Delaying on Confirmations of employees, After a year everyone is eligible for yearly Appraisal - offcourse not 30% but atleast as per his/her performance. At that time she spreads negativity about company & asking people to leave or laying off. Saying no much work in ETP now and so we are laying off and by 2nd hand finding their replacements. This is the work culture of ETP. Suggestion & Request - Only hire employee if you can treat them as a HUMAN, if you have good amount of work or projects then only expand your team, after hiring don't play with employees CARRER, by time they accept your job offer they first leave current job by stating in mind my new work place will increase learnings or declining other Offer while accepting your offer.. SO PLEASE VALUE YOUR EMPLOYEES. They have not printed their experience letter from Xerox Shops..
