Company doesnot have job security at all, working culture is OK OK . Management is OK, Company policies are OK OK .Because of pandemic cut shorted employees whhere company dint at all thought of the situation. Atleast they would have paid less salary and kept employees.

Dislikes

Team mates average, no career growth , salary appraisal is less , travelling conveyance was paid, politics is full on , work environment is OK OK .

False promises on job timings and places of travel. Not a clear structured work plan. The work pressure is very high and payscale is not up to the amount of work done.

Work Details

Travel to centers to inspect and audit the entire day.Meeting people and exploring places was a good learning experience which has been part of my work culture but travelling to office and then to centres to inspect is not a productive travel.
