I like to do work in my all projects. but EVIO salary increment proses is realy very bad. I'm working with this firm from 2 years but till now I'm working in temporary basis and with no increment.

There is no growth for your pocket money and expenses.

Work Details

Very terrible , you can Trend your self in project but no growth of you salary. You have to do work in this firm atleast 11 to 12 hour or more in project. They can send you in all over country as there requirements for project no stability in this field.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive & Friendly.the management is transparent. There is Gaming Arcade for chilling. Company policies are Good, appraisals are faire and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a less politics but everywhere is the same issue then it's normal thing. Management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Lack of Digitalization and understanding between managers to junior employees.

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning. I learnt everything on the job From my Team Leader. I found new family from this company
