Work life balance is very good. Ideal for 9 to 6 job lovers. Work load is average and salary and compensations are always on time. HR, Admin and office staff are very supportive.

Dislikes

Compensation is less compared with market standards. Very less variety in projects hence very less scope to learn and use new skills. Many employees working for more than 5-10 years hence difficult to implement any new process. Also management is not much approachable and supportive.

But this company is good for instate people. Company has a very restricted area. No open space for breaks. No mobiles inside offc
