Management is good, Job security as long as you perform, work culture is good for hard working employees, company has good policies for employees

Career growth is medium, salary and increments are good, work is demanding so work-life balance you have to learn to manage, work environment is o.k.

I worked in Fena (P) Ltd. for around 23 years. Before my retirement, I was working as a Unit Head in one of their manufacturing units. I enjoyed my tenure with Fena.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Fena is one of the good organization in FMCG sector. Fena has good work culture, management and company policies. One can climb the ladder by hard work, honesty and loyality.

Dislikes

Work pressure is too much. Every person may not be able to cope with it and perform.
