Earlier it was like working in a stable company.Pay and perks were one of the best in the sector but from last 4-5 years things are not going goog

It feels like working among bunch of illiterate people from Bihar who greet every time talk and greet to each other in their local Maithili language in office. They don’t even know how to speak and try to prove you that you don’t know anything as well as you are illiterate.
