Work culture in KNPC is good but when it comes to Finesco, very care less management. salary getting late, if you have any query then no one is answering your call even if 100s of trying, end of service benifite if you are avilable in kuwait then they will give you after 3-4 moth of waiting. if yyou leave kuwait the forget about if many problem with finesco....Read More

Scaffolders were not properly trained. It was my responsibility to build up the team. Not much politics. Salary were not given at times. Freedom I felt.
