Customer service, no support to employee. Branch manager not present at branch any time. All the responsibilities handled by teller. If any problem Cluster Head said only " See what to do". No proper support. Regional Manager has somehow good behaviour. Salary was paid for teller but works are all branch operations. Job security is well, but work culture is very bad regarding service part thay are not providing device on timely so how can I improve my business, and management is also bad, company policy is good.

The main thing is that if I am working in team so I am equally part of team if have some problems and I discussed with my Manager than my Manager are supporting me regarding any kind of essuse. Science last 1 year's I have gave my good performance like sales and service also but my Manager was not given any pramotion and increment. So how can motivate myself.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
