Good company, takes care of its employees. Internal periodic review has helped all of its employees get better pay scale and holidays on Weekends.

Dislikes

There is no systematic approach or guidelines set for any department. Decisions taken without any long term vision. No standard software available for operations throughout the company (each department has it's own way of working, making it difficult for co-ordination)

Here I feel like a sapling, I receive knowledge, strength, wisdom, confidence from my managers & colleagues. Each of us are treated as a family member , many interaction activities are done. Lovely food is prepared in-house during festivals and occasions .
