There are many training programs in the company like safety training, quality, skills development etc. I got to learn a lot from all these training programs.

There is lotoff nepotism and management is not transparent in the company, there is a lot off discrimination. Policies have been made in the company but they are not implemented honestly, whenever any salary increment, bonus, or anything is given in the company, then there is lot off discrimination, due to which the morale of the honesty and hard work decrease....Read More

Frankly speaking it was a great experience to work with such a great Organization for last 17 years were we get the freedom of work, share our views. Lastly I missed Galfar very much and would like to rejoin if given a chance to serve the organisation.

There is day to day upgradation program with new learning and self development. Freedom of work.
