Very bad work environment and culture.Teammates are not co-operate and the management is totally very bad.there is no company policy, company have owned policy likes -if you reached 1 minute late on duty double salory will be detected. if you have done mistake in your work Rs 5000/- detect from your salory immediately. At the end you will paid half salory. There is no leave policy.

There's only one policy is here that is tolerate the abuse and insult of boss every day. If anybody join here ,his career is finished.

They are not supporting, they are blackmailing employees,if you dont work more than the time specified you are shouted at and ravin sharma is very rude and a hidious person, on your first day you will think he is very ossme, after 2 3 day you will feel you are stuck.

You want me to tell what i dislike, so here it is. Ravin sharma is illitrate,he dont know how all the machine works, ravin sharma shouts at you for no reason, he deduct salary for no reason at every 3 4 day, he hires only girls to please his eyes. Thats all.

It’s horrible , DO NOT JOIN GANESH . Dr Ravin is a horrible person he has no manners his wife and and family will always complaint and tell you how much they hate him. He does not treat his staff right and hits in his female staff. He gets upset if his female staff talk to other men or have a personal life. He won’t pay you your salary on time and will deduct your salary for no reason so basically you will be working for free. His office stinks , literally stinks all the time one of the most unhygienic work places Ever. He shouts and yells and insults his staff every day , when I say insult it means he will use offensive language and humiliate people . He is frustrated and annoying....Read More

DR RAVIN - he should be banned from running the business cause that man has no manners. He doesn’t even pay salary. There is no increment , there is no assurity that you will get paid, it all depends on his mood. Most importantly he will make you work for 12 hours 7 days a week. With no remorse. You won’t be given your work contract and it’s basically a scam .
