In the big picture, inclusion, learning, cross skilling development, flexible work hours are talked about and even those talks are empowering.

Pay scale is a little better than service companies, not on par with the other product-based companies. Even though the flexibility and other lucrative culture aspects are talked before you join to lure you into the job, the ground reality is so different, and it depends on the manager. The same manager who promises different thingswill show the real faces (The other US managers are so friendly and transparent to work with) mentality after few months of settling in the role.
