employment is very different for payroll employees and contractual employees, being contractual employee have lacking many things compare to payroll employee, there no chance to showcase ur skills, decision making. Huge difference in compensation and facility as well.

unfair treatment for contractual employees even after having fair employment policy globally. No similar compensation and benefits for contractual employee as for payroll employee.
