Feels more like a homegrown setup, where people know each other. if you are someone who likes clarity, corporate chaos, this place fits well. Dislikes: Team outings and events are a bit rare. But when they happen, they are simple and genuine.
Likes: I Joined GIIS Noida few months back and honestly ,its been a good experience. Not like other schools where no one cares. Here things are differ people listen, help and push u to do better. I definitely have a sense of security at this institution for we get salaries on time which indeed has helped us with work satisfaction. There is also a good work life balance at this stage. Likes: GIIS is one of the best school in the Singapore. The teachers especially who teach the international courses are very well-educated and worldly, and they are good role models for the students.
