GIIS Ahmedabad is the best place to work! Management always supports teachers. They listen, they care. I feel lucky to be teaching here. Salary is always on time, no issues. The staff is friendly and helpful. The students are lovely and respectful. I feel proud to be a Senior Teacher here. It's a peaceful place. Good for teachers who love teaching and care for students.

Dislikes

Sometimes, there's a rush between shifts. But with good planning, it works out fine

Salary is stooping low. It's degrading for any teacher to work there. Promotions only given to the ones who are close to the Principal or belong to their community

Nothing. How can you like anything when the school management doesn't support us when we speak up supporting equality and non-discriminatory practices? I am a senior teacher there and have been working for the sake of money as the place is just next door.

Dislikes

2 shifts, overworked, peanuts salary, can be fired for speaking up, no training - forget about skill development, no respect from peers whatsoever. We're told to be nice to RICH customers. And ignore, and avoid poor customers. Terrible!
