Dislikes

Certain teams follow extended working hours which could be regulated . If done, there's nothing to complain about because salary and other perks are enviable.

Good to work as a fresher. Being an EEE engineer learn a lot about software technologies. learn to lead team and client interaction on the every project. Helped colleague/Manger/TL when something not able to do on own self.

This is one of good IT company, for freshers it's better, they can learn multiply technology. but in this company one drawback is there, they're using own tools also, that tool experience not useful.
