In my daily work routine at Gravita, I enjoy the excellent facilities provided by the company. The work environment is pleasant, and I appreciate the resources and amenities available to employees.

However, one aspect that I find challenging is the appraisal and salary benefits process. It often takes an extended period for the company to make decisions in this regard. It would be beneficial if the decision-making process regarding appraisals and salary benefits could be expedited.
