In Grundfos, the compensation is decent but growth rate is little buit slow means that the promotions will happen only after 3 or 4 years. The Work pressure is little high so that it will have an impact on the Work Life Balance.

Work Details

My work at Grundfos is quite challenging as I take care of the Commercial function as well as day to day Invoicing function. Apart from this I take care of the In-direct taxation compliance like GST and other legal matters.
