We do all the work of the depot and also do any other work of the company but our difficulties are that our salary is very low as we are working on contract. We wish that it would increase us and give us other benefits of the company

Dislikes

We don't dislike anything but we demand that our salary allowance be increased as per the time of surplus and rising inflation and to sustain us and our family.

Promotion to everyone. Extension to almost every one....

Dislikes

Non grooming of successor. Successor are not groomed intentionally to make sure their extension. Retired persons who poured their blood in company are never remembered during auspicious days of company. Retired persons are never considered as part of GNFC parivaar.
