I've noticed that communication across teams can sometimes be challenging, leading to delays or misunderstandings. At times, the workload can feel overwhelming, especially during peak seasons. Some internal processes could be streamlined to improve efficiency. Despite these challenges, the company's positive culture and mission make it fulfilling place to work overall.
