This is a good company brand, job security, 5 days working, salary, bonuses, some time you get coupons, company policy are good.

If you come here in inventory specially Site lead then it might be a worse nightmare. They are using 20 years old Oracle. You can not change anything here. You have to maintain your Oracle and contract manufacturer ERP. Both books must be equal. If your contract manufacturer is good then there is no problem otherwise you will alwaysstruggle....Read More

Heavy work load on developer, No Job security, Managers and management are not technically skilled They only focus on Business satisfaction No technology upgrade still using old age methodology Fore employees to work on weekends No proper adminstration

Job Security is good, Work life balanced, Company policy is good, Health Insurance policy is good it includes your parents as well, Excellent knowledge can be gained in some team who really supporting team and manager who values handwork

No Industry standards salary for long term employee, Management gets getting changed over night, We see politics in higher managements no value for handwork, Difficult get promoted post Sr level

A company where skills can be exhibited, persona can be improved, although the it lacks the factor of growth. In today's economy, Growth is as much important as Job security. A good place for a fresher to understand the hierarchy of the corporate world.

Growth is way too less when compared to the outside world, Opportunity to exhibit talent not available for growth. Old school system and company failing to adopt it.
