An travel agency from siliguri opened new branch in noida work culture dominating no proper training delayed salary and no policies no perks or incentive for sales.

Dislikes

Salary issue. They dint gave 1.5 month salary to all staff and till date no ray of hope went back to siliguri just know how to get sales and put work pressure but no satisfaction to employees .

Work Details

It was terrible. I tried my best to give max sales but at the end of month also dint get my hard earn money i.e salary . They dint give my 30k my 1.5 month salary and went back to siliguri.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

By the time I joined it was the best experience I ever got in terms of work... but later when the situation got worst during the time pandemic started they didnt gave a single support to any of the employees... Working at Himavat Destination Pvt. ltd. was my life's worst decision I ever took..The salary is not yet generated from their end neither the owner of the company stays in touch...

Salary system needs to be Improved...

Gave me new opportunities for new Destinations and helped me gain more knowledge on new Destinations....

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
