Even though office space was small, experienced no restriction while working.

Dislikes

Treated so badly, even working in project suddenly told to resign immediately without notice period and even without compensation. Took a week to convince them that too sopved after by talking to business head.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

I dislike because of bond system and in which there is no increment in salary and also we can't leave or resign our job through this bond period and there is a lot of politics .

Growth is very slow ,the work pressure is very high,sometimes ,I have work 12-15 hrs straight in day when ever company required for metting KPI ,but senior management person never appreciate regarding the same and credit given other employee who butter them .I worked as senior team leader for 4 hrs in postpaid process without any manager but senior management play game whenever appraisal happen they bring other person from other departments and make assistance manager but they said everytime to me from postpaid there is no revenue so we are not promote from postpaid department....Read More

As a fresher I was previlaged to work in HGS but then the work life balance us Soo poor.but the team I have worked with is awesome and the salary for a fresher is beyond the expectation but the deductions of the salary are untold, how many times u ask them.

Dislikes

Poor work-life balance and also no proper job security and almost in an work experience of 22 months worked at least for 18 months overtime which was very hectic
