Every year very less hike percentage and no growth. More deductions Clients are very good and supporting and we cant extect from local TL and managers Too much partiality

1. No career growth.. you will be at same position for many many years 2. Being high voltage product, very limited scope of design change possible. So overall learning is slow. 3. Management people (HR, other Indians at high positions) are quite rude. 4. They may give you a Designationon offer letter and then job title will be R&D engineer. 5. No recognition and overall demotivativating atmosphere in the Technology Center. 6. Most of the people in the department are either M.Tech trainees confirmed or local Barodian. 7. Good place for learning simulations if you work with Europeans but your boss should allow.. generally bosses speak to Europeans and dictate do this or that... Botton line ... only come here if you don't have job... otherwise stay wherever you are or go to some other switchgear company....Read More
