Overall it is a good place to work. Good job security. Managers and team mates are supportive and helpful. Work-life balance will be good.

Hike is not a bit low.

As a Mainframe and Informatica developer, my work is to monitor and enhance daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly flows that extract insurance data for Actuarial analysis. I also receive frequent development projects in addition to the service work

Dislikes

They provide trainings from htc training dept, but you have to sign bond for all. HRs are the worst people you'll see in organization. Work culture is very poor.

The work is challenging, the 8 hours work schedule is not enough to complete the daily task. But if u are in a good project there will be a lot to learn.
