This is one hell of a corporation. There is a despotic management/manager that never allows their employees to develop or learn. Superiors are also dumb and will never allow you to learn new things, making you dumb. The worst work culture is when you work with these folks. They don't care about you, your personal life, or your mental health; they only care about customer satisfaction, so they can let you go to any extreme, such as working 3-4 shifts per day and lifting weights. After working 3-4 shifts, your work will be underrated, undervalued, and unappreciated. It's better to avoid this hell....Read More

An the compensation is very decent, growth is very well. But work pressure very high and employers problem, unskilled operator problem was found
