Pretty much nothing I say, there's no proper management who will listen to you. They manipulate policies accordingly without prior discussion with employees!!!! Terrible.

Everything!!! It's sad to say that this company was far better than others, but since now management came in role, they make it worst to work too !!! You'll get pressurised for pretty much everything.
