Work life balance is great. All staff including senior colleague, support staff etc are very helpful and approachable. Flexible working hours.

Yearly appraisal and promotion are slow

Great work life balance, good opportunities, more learning.

Dislikes

Appraisals are sad, with promotion hike is negligible. If you want work life balance, then good, but money wise really bad. Getting in with good salary is important. Even director position does not have respect.

Excellent work culture with very supportive managers, opportunity for learning, flexibility around work schedules, exposure, and opportunity to interact with c-suite executives.

Dislikes

Pay could be better, along with appraisals. This is the only drawback, otherwise it is one of the best places to work for.
