It's a very good first job as an engineer. We get a lot to learn and gain in experience. But it all depends on superiors as well as to how they engage work loads and all. Some are brutally overworked and stressed while others are happy about their positions and work loads.

Politics, some targeting and cornering in case of team failure and blame game starts.

I personally feel that my company is open to new talents and innovation. People working here are very friendly and work motives. Colleagues are from different backgrounds, shares their experience and works with collaboration.
