The most pessimistic organisation to work for. There is no respect for the work done at Indus and the staff are ridiculed despite their outstanding performance. Work life balance is sure to go for a toss. One can only crave for recognition here but not a possibility to get any for anyone. The organisation lacks severely in HR ethicsand does not believe in good practices of HR. The staff are burdened beyond compare....Read More

The decision makers who want to push down their impractical decisions despite knowing the impracticality completely oblivious of the fact that they might interfere severely with the psychology of the people working there. There is less or no value for sincerity and originality..you Got to be a yes man to be able to survive here. Lose you individualism and uniqueness. Use and throw policy. 30 resignations in a span of one year by staff of Indus. Terrible place to work....Read More
