1. Company culture - Not a hectic schedule daily, food in office, annual gifts (people received Marshall speakers and apple watch) 2. Job Security - don't fire people randomly. 3. On-site opportunity. 4. Good salary and hikes if you perform. 5. Noon timings 2pm-10pm. Good for those who aren't morning birds and mostly sleep late.

Dislikes

1. Engineers doing non-engineering tasks (making data entry etc in products, excel) 2. Company has 2-3 products in outdated tech stacks. No modern tech stack to learn. 3. Noon timings - 2pm-10pm 4. Namesake product organization. Mostly it behaves as service based company.

I felt that I wasn't the best fit for the position, which made it challenging for me to perform at my best. The manager's behavior was often rude and unprofessional, leading to a tense work environment. HR has been unresponsive to my concerns regarding my resignation and notice period.

Dislikes

Zero work life balance . Unsupportive Seniors , dont even know how to guide you properly . In one incident my Senior Software Engineer was shouting because i asked him some silly doubt ( according to him ) . Outdated Tech Stack .
