1. Work-life balance - Too much of work pressure with strict deadlines. Also need to work overtime for meetings. 2. Promotion - Very slow promotion and even the salary hike will very less. 3. Joining bonus will be a trap. There will be 2-4 years of lock-in period. If failed need to return the complete joining bonus including the taxable amount. 4. Team will replace interns and external frequently or they will keep on extending the contract for almost 3-4 years....Read More
