Company culture doesn’t celebrates festivals and the hikes are like bread crumbs which always values between 5-7% every year, even if you are top player. Always give low salary even if your skills capable of what current market stands. No work life balance.

Had joined with a very positive mindset like I always do while joining a new organisation and this time the positivity was at peak going by the interaction and the way I was welcomed to the team. Have lot of work on a daily basis which is a positive sign and enjoyable experience for any professional.

Favouritism, biasness, abuse.. All the above are a demeanor and works against any Salary range you are offered. Abuse without any reason. Maybe disturbed personal/professional life at the other side but that's not acceptable at all.
