Only working till working hours which already 9 hr. 15 min. Per day. Like security guard. No work pressure.

Dislikes

Very poor in increament, only give 5-8% per year . They did not give increament to staff in COVID period, even after coming to office in those critical days. Though the business was very good. Very poor payscale, and no designation promotion even you retire. Management do not respect for Old staffs. It is run by a family so all decisions are in their own benefits

Management is impratical with unrealistic expectation due to which employee attrition rate is too high through out India. Vacancies don't fill up for years and no body recommends a good candidate due above known fact about company. Management treats RM, BDM, DM as equal as medical representative, no respect for higher post. There isno appreciation for any kind of growth (Product wise or Sales wise).
