Too many processes, people are only expected to follow processes 80% of the time, don’t really do any marketing. It used to be a great organisation say 5 years ago, today it is not the same. Nothing close to the Global counter parts of Ingram Micro, only the brand name exists.

Never join Ingram Micro HR Team in any branches. It's politically driven . U will be harassed. People who say, ha ji ha ji to the HR director n worked with her before only can survive. All leads shake their head for what ever she say to survive n they are pathetic too.. it's mere micromanagement .better u work in smaller company and be peaceful . Hr department is horrible. Management till date has not taken any action against seniors nor analyzed why so many HR leave team and only her own people are surviving because head cooks such interesting stories . Hr Leads are good chameleons..infront of you they talk nice take update n backside update so called head who is interested to know what people are doing apart from their work. She least bothered n support you to do anything . They offer good salary to people but trust me you can't be peaceful. U will undergo mental trauma. Internal Politics, From top management to lower there is a big chain, if you are part of it you will enjoy otherwise struggle only. No work appreciation and not good work culture. Large layoffs, search online you can get it, you need to work for 12 hrs daily

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultures backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent.,but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Also there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a painful sometimes.
