There is a lot of Office Politics in Company at group level. Top level personnels here are too arrogant about there position, they would not lead a person with good calibur sustain in the Company as it may create danger for their position. Seniors will take all the credit without being thankful to the team and even backbitting aboutyou with others. Moreover, He will highlight any mistake in your work to his immediate boss and to the whole Team, just to satisfy his ego and that immediate boss and whole time will do backbitting. He will scold you in front of office on minor issues and abuse you, make your fun in everyones presence. Collegues even do backbitting of previous employees. Work satisfaction and motivation always remain low due to all of this. Appraisals are also based on your shoe licking ability. Some senior personnel tend to position themselves as master of everything. You will join here with full confidance but leave with mental traumas....Read More
