Too much toxic work culture and politics...Even have to work on Saturday Sunday in the name of delivery. Manager and Team lead dose not care about your health and mental health..No work life balance. Not recommended to join here.

Working culture is very pathetic. No proper management. Only workaholic people live there. No extra curricular activity. Not any appreciation.

In IAC I work in shift pattern. 1st & 2nd shift. Shift get extended if work is not done or extra work, usually work on Saturday & sunday also.
