Company pilices,employee benefits are very good, very good discipline,job security we are getting bother due to civid 19, work environment very good, teammates are very supportive, management is transparent,good salary and bonus and every year hike compulsory.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and salary is decent but career growth is low, on the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work Details

I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session, I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
