Dislikes

No work life balance. Lot's of work pressure. No overtime compensation. Though they say you can a week day off if you work on weekends but that never really happens. 3-5% appraisal lowest anyone could get.

Iprospect is the best agency when it comes to learning, i started my career in digital marketing and got so much to learn only 1st year and rest of the 3 years i developed my optimization and strategic point of view and explore lot of new things.

The only concern here is no competative compensation and work life balance. Which can be improved

My teammates were good however the management was not good enough. I was working as a intern and after the completion of my internship they didn't gave me full time role.

Dislikes

The pay was very less. They hire interns for 5k and there is no assurity that they will hire you full time.
