Company have bad hierarchical system of IITian, NITian and Non-IITIans or NITs, they pay gap between these 2 categories is being followed like a regime in ITC's all divisions. It is like caste system in British India, very poor to see that a talented employee from 2nd tier college earns the one-third salary than a so-called IITian or NITian those who don't add too much value for company always. It is high time that ITC much changes its culture to reduce hierarchical inferiority in the company....Read More
