The company working environment is pretty good where they have various opportunities to projects and they have a good work life balance as well with good percentage of hike rate compared to other company.IT is very good if you want to grow in early stages of your career where you will gain various opportunity to upgrade yourself.

I get to collaborate with highly skilled professionals and clients . Whether its through training programs, mentorship or challenging projects, there's something new to learn and improve upon.

Dislikes

Besides pros, there are some challenges .For instance ,sometimes the workload can be demanding ,leading to periods of high stress .However this will not overshadow the positives of working here .

No work pressure because there is no work/ projects at all. Work Privacy is also given.

Dislikes

They blame you for not having projects, hike/promotion is terrible, too much politics, no additional benefits whatsoever. They cut salary for extra breaktime etcs.
