The company gave me a platform to understand edtech space better and I had the chance to contribute best in my role which I did. Things changed significantly when i decided to resign in 2023.Instead of smooth and respectful exit, I was threatened with legal actions if joined any so called competitor and that was a season period. Despite that my emotional connection with the company led me to stay - a decision later deeply regretted. I was made multiple promises regarding promotions via different different people but none were fulfilled within a reasonable time frame . When I finally resigned again for my career growth the same patter repeated, workplace gossip and assumptions about my new employer being a competitor and the incentive deduction. Sadly , this led to my final incentives held back unfairly, despite my full commitment till the end of notice period. Advice to Management- Loyalty should be a two way street. Recognise the efforts of people who stay and give their best over the year. Making verbal promises and not keeping them not only affects morale but also creates a deep sense of mistrust .Exit should be handled with dignity not with emotional manipulation....Read More

Worst place to ever work with, it is completely toxic And they manipulate people to take up their courses which is completely a waste of time. They misguide poor farmer kids or normal graduated kids to take up the their expensive courses and after that they don't care about those students. Definitely a completely waste company with pathetic management and pathetic leadership.

Everything in that company is not even worth my hate. They can show that they have concern, cut your salary without informing you and no proper HR and the branch manager, she was one of the worst women anyone could ever meet Then comes the pune management team, the thugs i would call. They ruin the employees life Make them work and give them extra work to close the shutter of their shop The washrooms used to be very dirty The infrastructure is very bad Just pathetic management and pathetic company No money No work life balance No empathy 6 days working You will have to work on Sundays....Read More
