I do not like anything in IVTL. Work culture is extremely terrible. They will change their policies over a night and do not intimate those to employees.Salary is the only thing I appreciate about them.

Zero work life balance. You will be given with 36 days of CL,SL and EL but, you are not allowed to take those.
