I'm working since 2019 in Jabra. First of all the work environment or work culture is very good. Full job security. Appraisal & Increment is on time. Salary & Incentive always on time without any delay even in pandemic employees received their salary & incentive on time. Good platformto enhance your skill & experience. HR is not supportive, Biased for employees. No Knowledge of hiring. No process is followed for doing work. Making employees confused. All the managers are fake especially NEW HELPDESK MANAGER. No Job Security. Converting Sales Organization into call centric one. Managers take sides for the employees who loves buttering. No respect for HARD-WORKING employees.
