Dislikes

Mid level management is uncivilized. Using slangs and foul languages are common habits. Learning opportunities are none. Salary irregular, it frequently delays beyond 2 months. Only those people gets promotions and salary hike who are close to higher management. No value for qualification or ability are given. The whole plant stays covered with thick smog throughout the year. HRD does not pay a heed to any complaints or problems faced by the employees....Read More
