JTI is a great company to work for, the work culture is excellent and the job security and management are top notch.

Dislikes

There is a lot of administrative bottleneck.

I work in the sales department and I am responsible for ensuring the availability, visibility, brand usage of all JTI brands and develop and manage business relationship between distributors, wholesalers, retailers and key account.
