Jindal is Good Brand and JRIL was leaded by Undeserving and Un qualified Management which seems to downgraded JRIL, JSAW need to intervene and Change the Management of JRIL which can help Company to grow, Must tell u all employee's s very talented and skilled but due to Leaders lack to knowledge about Management skill Company and employee's not grown as per Market demand.

Dislikes

Unqualified people's are leading the Organization which should immediately remove, Rest all is ok

Work Details

Overall my Experience is very Good, but this is for my ex-employee's who are currently working over there.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
