No likes , Company is like a boarding school,come at time leave after time

Dislikes

Worst behaviour by senior HOD Mr katariya. He doesn't want to change and implement new things. Orthodox person and abusive. Many planning members have left the company because of him .He literally gives works like Xerox Krna , iski sign Lena h ,uski sign Lena h. Also company is gender biased , female are given soft corner. Involvement of PDs is more here . On the other hand work life balance is hell here, no sufficient leaves and holidays for festivals. Hi There, As of yesterday (27th August 2024) we have implemented a new HRMS and introduced flexible shifts and timings. Regarding the HOD, these are some severe allegations that haven't been reported in the past but as you have raised this concern the feed back for the same will be shared with him shortly. The package is satisfactory but there is still a scope of improvement.

Dislikes

The management could be more welcoming to the non native marathi speakers and should establish English as the primary language in order to enhance overall product efficiency. The company has very strict food and clothing rules which could have been flexible otherwise so that the employees feel comfortable and the focus could be layed on performance of the employees more!

At mantra Mirari site without reason senior management are forced all the staff to stay at office for meeting .extra 1.5hr will have to stay without reason .Mental harassment by AGM to all staff. Even one staff from this site has tried to commit suicide due to harassment
