Non-Issuance of Appointment Letters: Despite working for over three years, I have not received a formal appointment letter, which raises serious concerns about HR compliance and job security. This lack of documentation creates uncertainty and undermines trust in the company’s processes.Mental Harassment and Toxic Culture: The work environment is riddled with mental stress due to constant pressure from top management. Middle managers are scapegoated for the company’s strategic failures, with no accountability taken by senior leadership. The blame culture is pervasive, making life miserable for employees who are genuinely trying to contribute.Incompetent Top Management: The top management lacks the vision and capability to devise effective business strategies. Product launches, such as the recent foray into paints (JKMaxX Paints), have been poorly planned, with inadequate market research and chaotic execution. Market entry strategies are outdated, leading to missed opportunities and financial underperformance.Unprofessional Decision-Making: The organization’s approach to strategy is highly unprofessional. Decisions are often driven by favoritism rather than merit, with unethical employees surrounding key decision-makers. This erodes integrity and demoralizes the workforce.Lack of Trust and Employee Value: There is a glaring absence of trust between management and employees. Middle managers are micromanaged and held responsible for failures caused by flawed directives from above. The company shows no regard for employee well-being, with no emphasis on skill development or career growth.Recommendation: I strongly advise potential employees, especially those considering middle management roles, to look elsewhere. J.K. Cement’s toxic culture, unethical practices, and incompetent leadership make it an unsustainable workplace. Salary on time. Little bit learning is there. Lot more challenges.Employee will be very fast in every single things. She/He will be capable to manage lot more unwanted pressure. Your manager will make you habituated to accept the slangs. You will learn how to accept illogical statements just because they are manager.

It's a absolutely worst company. It was not like this before. People used to work here for more than 8-10 years. Now No work life balance. No matter where and which situation you are , you have to attend sudden some illogical virtual meeting. They don't care wheather you are standing under sun heat or rain they will make sure you feel humiliated. No constructive criticism there , only destructive. One RM has joined recently he doesn't seem like he is a manager but seems like he is an author. If you give some logic he will give stupid statement using some good vocabulary and will make that a glorified Shit. They doesn't understand market scenario. Just because they commit some illogical sales value in HO to make there huge salary justified they will push you to acchive that.They are unable to convey market scenario in a right way in HO that is why some illogical pressure in coming. If you want to make your life hell please welcome otherwise don't join here. Everyday you will feel stress. Your health condition will be worst.
