No meaningful increments, less than the inflation. Work culture is absolute shit,I would suggest every women thinking about working here to steer clear of this place.you are a modern day slave with them dictating how you live even after u leave the office. No overtime even if u work 12 hours which you will do often. The entire management is rotten except for a few good ones. For bachelors- if you are forced to work here come prepared to look at a very bad accommodation and food. And never make waves in the system, these PPL hate change and will try to make your life hell or kick u out...Read More

If you are from NIT you will be treated as Graduate engineer trainee and if from other govt or private colleges will be treated as engineer trainee. After training sr.engineer and engineer respectively but for both the work profile will be same.
